• Southeast – A deputy assigned to the Civil Division observed an erratic driver on Route 312 and conducted a traffic stop. Following an investigation, the driver was charged with Driving While Intoxicated (DWI) and Driving While Ability Impaired by Drugs (DWAI-Drugs). The individual was later released with an appearance ticket.
• Westchester – Deputies responded to assist the Yorktown Police Department and other local law enforcement agencies with a person in crisis incident in Westchester County.
• Southeast – Following a dispute on Independent Way, deputies arrested a subject for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance. The individual was later released with an appearance ticket.
• Southeast – Deputies responded to a domestic incident. No crime was committed, and the situation was resolved on scene.
