• SOUTHEAST – A subject was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated and Felony Aggravated Unlicensed Operation following a traffic stop. The subject was later released with an Appearance Ticket.
• CARMEL – Deputies assisted Carmel PD with a person in crisis.
• SOUTHEAST – Deputies responded to a dispute between tenants and a landlord’s relative. The situation was resolved on scene.
• CARMEL – Following a traffic stop, deputies arrested a subject for Aggravated Unlicensed Operation in the Second Degree. The individual was also operating the vehicle without a required ignition interlock device. The vehicle was impounded, and the subject was released with an Appearance Ticket.
• CARMEL – Following an investigation into a reported Order of Protection violation, a subject turned themselves in to deputies and was arrested for violating a full stay-away Order of Protection. The subject was later arraigned and released on their own recognizance.
• PHILIPSTOWN – A subject was arrested for Aggravated Unlicensed Operation following a traffic stop.
• SOUTHEAST – Deputies arrested a subject for Criminal Possession of a Forged Instrument in the First Degree following an investigation involving counterfeit currency. Following arraignment, the subject was turned over to the New York State Police on an active felony bench warrant.
