SOUTHEAST – Deputies arrested an individual following a reported larceny at Home Depot on Independent Way. Loss prevention staff detained the suspect after merchandise valued at $344.24 was stolen.

CARMEL – Deputies responded to a motor vehicle accident on Fair Street where the driver attempted to flee the scene and resisted arrest. He was charged with Aggravated DWI along with Resisting Arrest and additional violations.

PATTERSON – During a traffic stop on Route 311, deputies arrested a driver for Aggravated Unlicensed Operation.

PUTNAM VALLEY – Deputies responded to a reported assault following a domestic dispute. One individual was arrested and charged with Endangering the Welfare of a Child and Harassment in the Second Degree.

CARMEL – Deputies responded to a domestic related incident. One individual was arrested and charged with Menacing and Endangering the Welfare of a Child.

CARMEL – An individual was arrested and processed for an outstanding warrant.

SOUTHEAST – During a traffic stop on Danbury Road, deputies determined the driver’s license was suspended. Open containers of alcohol were recovered from the vehicle. The driver was arrested for Aggravated Unlicensed Operation and the vehicle was towed.

BREWSTER – During a traffic stop on Main Street, deputies arrested a driver for DWI.

SOUTHEAST – During a traffic stop on Route 22, deputies arrested a driver for Felony DWI. The driver was found to be on probation for a prior DWI offense and operating without a required ignition interlock device. He was also charged with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation in the First Degree.
