• SOUTHEAST – A subject was arrested for DWI following a traffic stop on I-84.
• PUTNAM VALLEY – A subject was issued an appearance ticket for Criminal Possession of a Forged Instrument after deputies discovered the vehicle displayed a forged New York State inspection certificate during a traffic stop.
• CARMEL– Deputies assisted the Carmel Police Department with a reported stabbing at the U.S. Post Office on Fair Street. A suspect armed with a knife attempted to flee the scene but was stopped after a deputy deployed a Taser. Deputies took the suspect into custody without further incident. The victim sustained non-life-threatening injuries and was treated at a local hospital.
• CARMEL– Deputies responded to a large physical dispute involving multiple individuals. The parties were separated, and the incident was brought under control.
