• Southeast – Deputies responded to a condo complex for a report of a subject who broke a vehicle window after throwing an object at it. The individual was located and arrested for Criminal Mischief. During the investigation, the subject was also charged with an additional count of Criminal Mischief for damaging equipment belonging to workers at the complex during a separate incident on July 3.
• Carmel – Deputies from the Conditions Unit arrested a subject following a traffic stop. The individual was charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Third Degree (Intent to Sell) and Criminal Possession of a Narcotic Drug in the Fourth Degree, both felony offenses.
• Southeast – A subject was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated following a traffic stop.
• Philipstown – Deputies responded to a report of a past larceny involving a sailboat and trailer stolen from a property. The investigation is ongoing.
• Philipstown – Deputies responded to a domestic incident. As a result of the investigation, one subject was arrested and charged with Assault.
