Michael Knox began his 28-year career law enforcement with the City of White Plains in the year 1993, then promoted to Sergeant in 2003, Lieutenant in 2005 and finally as the Patrol Division Commander in 2012 until retirement. Captain Knox has experience with the Narcotics and Target Investigations Units. Captain Knox has worked on Police reform committees, reviewed procedures and policies for compliance with focus group suggestions.
Kevin Junjulas began his 30-year law enforcement career with the Metro-North Police Department, serving as a patrol officer and K-9 handler. Captain Junjulas then transferred to the City of Beacon Police Department where he served as a K9 Handler and on the Emergency Response Team, has experience in Critical Incident Management, served as a training coordinator and implemented a Body Worn Cameras System Program. Junjulas then was promoted to sergeant in 2004, Captain in 2015 and Chief of Police in 2018.
James Schepperly began his 34-year law enforcement career with the New York State Police, serving as a Trooper, Investigator, Sergeant, Captain, Major - Director of Training, Major – Troop Commander, Staff Inspector in Planning & Research and then as Assistant Deputy Superintendent (Lieutenant Colonel)– Field Command. Captain Schepperly then went to work for the Town of Fishkill Police Department serving in the following positions: Administrative Lieutenant and Chief of Police before retiring in 2020.
