Sheriff Kevin McConville and Commissioner Sara Servadio of the Putnam County Department of Mental Health are teaming up to conduct ongoing and routine outreach for people in need of services. Today, Deputy Ward and Commissioner Servadio traveled the county’s bike path and other locations that are not easily accessible, utilizing the Sheriff’s Office utility vehicle. If you know anyone needing assistance or services, please call (845) 225- 4300. Those requiring a place to stay can visit the emergency shelter in Brewster, which is open 7 nights a week.
