Recently, members of the Putnam County Sheriff's Office attended the Westchester Jewish Council Security Roundtable. Our members met with Clergy from Putnam and Westchester Synagogues and discussed concerns and programs we utilize to ensure the communities stay safe. One of our successful strategies has been to maintain liaison assignments with Federal Task Force Operations and The Westchester Real Time Crime Center, allowing the Sheriff's Office to receive immediate intelligence that can be shared with local clergy.
