Putnam County Man Charged in Making Threatening Text Messages
Putnam County Sheriff Donald B. Smith reports the arrest of a 20 year-old Carmel man on criminal charges stemming from his alleged involvement in repeatedly sending threatening text messages to a Southeast woman and attempting to arrange to meet the recipient at a park in Carmel.
According to Investigator Stephen Tricinelli of the Sheriff’s Bureau of Criminal Investigation, Anthony S. Russo of 303 Miller Road sent the complainant text messages at various times between April 13, 2014 and May 26, 2014.
