No-Shave November

No-Shave November

No-Shave November refers to an annual charity event where men don’t shave, groom or cut their facial hair for the entire month of November as a way of raising awareness and money to fight cancer. With the approval of Sheriff Robert L. Langley, Jr., and Daniel Hunsburger, President of the PCSD-PBA, members of the Department will be participating in No-Shave November for cancer awareness. The PBA will be matching funds raised for the Make-A-Wish Foundation. So, if you see a member of the #putnamsheriffNY sporting a beard, please note this is not due to leniency in the grooming standards, they are doing this for a great cause. Would you like to support their cause? #putnamcountyNY #putnamhealthyputnamstrong #cancersucks #noshavenovember #makeawishfoundation
